$40 - $43 / HR
$1.00 differentials for 2nd & 3rd Shift.
Woodland Park Nursing Home is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our leadership team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a designated unit within our skilled nursing facility, managing nursing staff, and ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents. You will play a key role in coordinating care, fostering a supportive environment, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
Qualifications for RN Supervisor:
Registered Nurse (RN) license
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to make clinical decisions independently and in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Compassionate, resident-centered, and committed to promoting quality care.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to maintain accurate documentation and manage sensitive resident information confidentially.
Responsibilities of RN Supervisor:
Effectively functions as a team member and as a liaison between patient and staff.
Supports and encourages harmonious communication skills.
Communicates in a highly professional manner at all times.
Demonstrates a high level of mental and emotional tolerance and even temperament when dealing with ill people; uses tact, sensitivity, sound judgment, and a professional attitude when relating with patients, families, and co-workers at all times.
