Full-Time Bartender – Woodland, WA
We’re looking to hire 1–2 full-time bartenders to join our team at our busy, family-owned taphouse in Woodland!
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience
- Must provide 2–3 professional references with contact information
- Current Washington Class 12 MAST Permit (required)
- Current Washington Food Worker Card/Food Handler’s Permit (required)
- Knowledge of beer, craft beer styles, cocktails, and spirits
- Experience using POS systems and handling cash accurately
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable checking IDs and enforcing Washington liquor laws
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with stocking, kegs, and inventory
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and special events
Position Details
- Full-time position (25–35 hours per week)
- Primarily mid and evening shifts
- Opportunity for some daytime shifts

We are a small, family-owned taphouse in Woodland with a strong focus on community and customer service. Our downstairs area is family-friendly and hosts a variety of events throughout the year, while our upstairs sports bar is a lively 21 space.
We’re looking for someone who is friendly, hardworking, and enjoys building relationships with guests while helping create a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
