Mobile Service Technician - Woodland Motors

Job Summary

As a MobileService Technician, you bring the speed and efficiency of our first-class Service Department directly to our guests. This role is designed for an elite technician who excels in delivering high-quality routine maintenance outside of the traditional shop environment. Instead of complex teardowns, your focus is on operating our MobileService van and executing precision "quick-lube" services—such as oil changes, tire rotations, and comprehensive multi-point inspections—at guest homes or workplaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, and fluid top-offs on-site
• Conduct thorough multi-point inspections of vehicle systems (tires, brakes, lights, and belts) to ensure safety and provide clear documentation of vehicle health
• Replace cabin and engine air filters, install new wiper blades, and perform battery health tests as needed
• Maintain a clean, professional, and fully stocked MobileService van, ensuring all oil disposal and environmental protocols are strictly followed
• Greet guests professionally, explain the services performed, and provide recommendations for future maintenance based on inspection findings

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a quick-lube or entry-level technician role is a plus
• Strong understanding of routine automotive maintenance and the ability to operate digital inspection tablets
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required to operate the mobile service unit
• Ability to complete high-quality work within established timeframes while maintaining a clean workspace in various environments
• Strong verbal skills to interact with guests and represent the dealership professionally

Pay: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour
