- Must be proficient as painting efficiently and effectively.
- Must be able to engage with senior citizens and work cooperatively in a team environment.
- Routine interior and exterior painting in apartments and around community.
- Inspect and prepare all apartments for rent ready status as per company policy before new residents move into the community.
- Assist maintenance team with work orders and other building maintenance.
- Participate in all required training, orientation, meetings, and programs required by employer.
- Perform other duties as set by the company of Executive Director; completing all assigned duties which may change from time to time according to the resident needs, staffing levels, and working conditions.
