Job Summary and Responsibilities
The Central Service Processing and Distribution Technician II is responsible for performing decontamination processing, sterilization and distribution of medical equipment and supplies.
Job Requirements
Minimum of six months of experience in a central service department or equivalent education and experience.
Required within twelve (12) months of of hire
Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT) or
Certified and Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) or
Certified Sterile Processing and Dist Supervisor (CSPDS) or
Certified Sterile Processing Distribution Technician (CSPDT-CBSPD)
Completion of a central service training program preferred.
