Pay Range
$80.07 - $107.23 /hour
The House Supervisor has a variety of responsibilities including:
- Organize and oversee patient care delivery during an assigned shift. Monitors and assess current environment for smooth hospital operation.
- Assess and allocates resources as needed. Provide input to employee performance. Assist in the coaching of staff members.
- Document daily staffing and administrative records and maintains compliance with governmental policies and procedures. Presents documentation to senior staff.
- Provide nursing care to patients on an as needed basis. Maintain communication to patient and family members regarding care needed.
Job Requirements
Minimum:
- California RN license
- Associates Degree in Nursing (e.g. ADN)
- At least three (3) years of nursing experience AND one (1) year of leadership experience
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
