Position Overview
Woodland Forest Church is a Cooperative Baptist Fellowship (CBF) congregation committed to following Christ through worship, discipleship, service, and extending God’s love to our neighbors. We are prayerfully seeking a Senior Pastor to provide spiritual leadership, preaching centered on Scripture, visionary guidance, and compassionate pastoral care while equipping believers, fostering discipleship, and participating in God's mission of love, grace, justice, and reconciliation. Woodland Forest Church affirms women in all ministry roles and welcomes all qualified candidates to apply.
Expectations
- Part-time, averaging 20–25 hours per week, including sermon preparation
- Preach and lead worship each Sunday
- Be present and available during Sunday School
- Participate in strategic planning with lay leaders and Deacons
- Participate in community outreach events
- Attend and participate in Wednesday evening activities when possible; leadership responsibilities will be determined collaboratively

- Alignment with CBF values and beliefs
- Committed to spiritual formation through the application of Scripture
- Values diversity, inclusion, and the God-given dignity of every person
- Seminary degree preferred
