Employment Opportunity: ERP Change Management and Training ConsultantEmployment Type: 3-4 month contractTravel: As needed according to the essential functions of the positionJOB PURPOSE: The ERP Change Management and Training Consultant will lead corporate initiatives as we prepare for rollout and implementation of Infor M3 ERP. This will include initiatives associated with change management, communication, training development and implementation.Essential duties and responsibilitiesManage change management processes as related to new ERP system implementationComplete and document gap and risk assessmentsEnsure SME’s and Superusers are solid in understanding and utilization of Infor M3Develop and facilitate training sessionsDevelop training materials, user and quick reference guidesSet up and organize details for successful training sessionsDevelop and implement an audit process documenting and validating readinessLead overall communication across workstreams and to entire company on rollout and trainingQualifications/RequirementsPrevious ERP implementation training and change management Infor M3 knowledge and experience preferred3 – 4 months consulting project; hybrid with ability to come onsite to Waukegan, IL as neededStrong communication skillsA strong drive for resultsAbility to lead others directly and indirectlyDetailed orientedBilingual English/Spanish a plus.Physical DemandsThe physical requirements described here represent those that an individual must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
