Your Role

As a hygienist on our team, you will play an important role in creating a comfortable, personalized, and positive experience for every patient.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing gentle, thorough hygiene care and periodontal assessments
• Taking high-quality digital X-rays
• Educating patients in an encouraging and easy-to-understand way
• Building lasting patient relationships through compassion and communication
• Collaborating closely with doctors and team members
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and treatment notes

What We’re Looking For

✔ Active Idaho Dental Hygiene License
✔ Local anesthesia certification
✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
✔ A positive attitude and team-first mindset
✔ Strong attention to detail and professionalism
✔ Eaglesoft experience is a plus
✔ Someone who truly enjoys connecting with patients and helping people feel comfortable and cared for
