What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaning Service Provider position at Woodland Cleaning and Maintenance?
We are looking for a professional cleaner to add to our network of service professionals in the Knoxville/Sevierville area.
This is a 1099 contractor position, for the cleaning and maintenance of short term rental properties in Knox and Sevier Counties.
Typical work consists of:
- Turn over cleans after guest check outs
- Hottub and pool cleaning
- Deep cleaning of properties
- Light maintenance and repair work
Qualified candidates must have:
- An existing business license
- Full insurance coverage
- All required cleaning equipment and reliable transportation
- Aproventrackrecordof quality work
