Our crisis team makes connections that save lives! This position connects people who call the crisis line to crisis mental health or other services.
Part-time position working every other weekend. Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm, Saturday 3:00pm-11:30pm, and Sunday 3:00pm-11:30pm.
Job Duties:
- Connect people who call the crisis line to crisis mental health or other services.
- Complete phone screenings by answering phone calls and collecting caller information.
- Dispatch the mobile crisis response team to community locations.
- Effectively triage phone calls to the crisis response, urgent care and residential crisis teams.
- Work in a fast-paced environment as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements:
- Must meet the requirements of a Behavioral Health Practitioner as defined by DHS.
- Ability to pass a DHS background study.
- Must be 21 years old and fluent in English.
- Requires computer skills for electronic health record entry and other duties.
- Experience working in the mental health or human services field.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Pay: From $29.58 per hour
