Responsibilities for Office Manager – Accounts Payable Clerk
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
- Manage accounts payable using Quickbooks for separate entities and vendors
- Ensure bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
- Perform various administrative tasks related to real estate transactions
- Perform filing tasks as needed
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Answer phone calls and take messages as needed
- Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
- Ensure office policies and procedures are implemented appropriately
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement new systems
- Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports
Qualifications for Office Manager – Accounts Payable Clerk
- 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role
- Quickbooks experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
- Must be a self-starter and driven
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Phone Etiquette: Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Human Resources: Basic understanding of HR processes related to payroll and employee benefits
- Organizational: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Office Management: Proficient in office management tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies
- Phone Systems: Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle incoming calls professionally
