Woodland Building Supply is looking for a driven and knowledgeable Outside Sales Account Manager to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. This is an exciting opportunity to build lasting relationships with contractors, builders, and developers while selling a premium line of lumber, building materials, and millwork. Responsibilities:
• Prospect for new contractor, builder, remodeler, developer, and commercial accounts
• Visit active construction jobsites
• Build relationships with project managers, superintendents, estimators, and purchasing managers
• Generate and follow up on sales opportunities
• Prepare material takeoffs and quotations with support from our Inside Sales team
• Follow up on every quotation until a buying decision is made
• Develop long-term customer relationships built on trust and service
• Increase sales volume while maintaining profitable gross margins
• Present new products and promotional opportunities
• Coordinate deliveries and resolve customer concerns
• Maintain accurate CRM records and weekly activity reports
Requirements:
• 3 years of outside sales experience
• Experience selling building materials, construction products, industrial products, roofing, drywall, millwork, windows & doors, or related products
• Proven track record of developing new business
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License
• Ability to travel throughout the Philadelphia region
Preferred
• Existing contractor relationships in the Philadelphia market
• Experience with CRM software
• Blueprint reading or estimating experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Salary : $85,000 - $125,000
