Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of meals for patients and residents, including special diets and tray service
Plan and implement menu ideas and recipes that meet the dietary needs of our patients and residents
Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations
Assist with food ordering and inventory management
Collaborate with other members of the Food Service team to ensure smooth operation of the department
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall patient and resident experience
