Job Summary: We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented individual to assist with the daily tasks of our carpentry projects. This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn the finish carpentry trade from the inside out, working directly on high-quality projects and supporting the team's efficiency on the job site.
Requirements:
- Residency in Cape Coral or surrounding areas, with reliable transportation to commute to the job site or meeting point.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs), bend, climb ladders, and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Fundamental ability to read a tape measure accurately and perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Strong work ethic, essential punctuality, and a positive attitude for teamwork.
- Preferred: Basic previous experience in construction, remodeling, or carpentry (not strictly mandatory if there is a strong willingness to learn).
