- Enjoys providing behind-the-scenes support to keep operations flowing smoothly
- Has a warm, professional demeanor suited for an upscale spa environment
- Is comfortable working weekends and evenings
- Is looking for 20 hours per week or less
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of relaxation areas, changing rooms, and spa spaces
- Supporting providers and front-of-house team with daily setup and breakdown
- Taking care of laundry, stocking, sanitization, and light housekeeping tasks
- Ensuring guests feel welcomed, supported, and cared for throughout their visit
- Representing the Woodhouse brand with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail
