What are the responsibilities and job description for the Compliance Specialist position at Woodhaven - Havens of Ohio LLC?
The Compliance Specialist will spend a significant period receiving, documenting, managing and addressing all medical record requests from payors (MCOs). In addition, the Compliance Specialist is the person who is responsible for the ongoing implementation and management of Woodhaven’s Client Rights Officer (CRO) role in accordance with regulatory bodies, accreditation standards and applicable laws. The Compliance Specialist position will also assist with other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION: Associate degree
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years’ preferred experience in the behavioral health field, health services administration, or related field of study preferred, PowerPoint/Word/Excel/Office Software Application experience.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: CDCA, LCDC II, LCDC III, LSW
