As a Full-Time Cycle Counter at Woodhaven Furniture, you will play a critical role in upholding our "Safety First Culture" by actively participating in safety principles and practices, ensuring a secure working environment for all. Your responsibilities will include counting and tracking physical inventory while maintaining precise records of counts and their frequency. You will communicate any variances or discrepancies to management, investigating and reconciling these discrepancies to guarantee accuracy in our inventory system.

Additionally, you will document counts and generate variance reports, all while ensuring compliance with internal controls. Your ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries will be essential, as will your skills in problem-solving, data collection, and drawing valid conclusions. By embracing these duties, you will significantly contribute to the operational success of our customer-centric team.
