PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES: - inspecting quality of product before moving on to shipping.

1. Responsible for reporting the level of quality achieved by production.


2. Serves as the administrator for training, which is geared toward external customer satisfaction.


3. Facilitates the identification of those areas, which are in need of quality breakthroughs.


4. Administrates feedback to drive continuous improvement and respond to customers’ concerns.


5. Works with all levels of the organization to propagate the company’s quality goals.


6. Directs the use of quality tools to check for conformance to standards and requirements.


7. Directs Quality Control activities to inspect and report the status of conformance in material.


8. Applies Project Management technique to group of quality projects.


9. Maintains an updated education on Quality Assurance Management and general management.


10. Works as a problem solver for quality/manufacturing issues.


11. Assist in development of quality training curriculum.


12. Other tasks as assigned by QA Manager.

1st shift hours:

Monday - Thursday 6:00 am - 4:30 pm

The position is located in Monroe, NC.  It is in person - it is NOT virtual.
