JOB EXPECTATIONS

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage order entry, customer communication, and administrative support tasks. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth handling of purchase orders, inventory updates, customer service, and coordination of specific accounts such as Home Depot and NewTech.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

•   Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


•   Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and order entry software.


•   Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


•   Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.


•   Familiarity with AS400 program

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• This is an in-office position in a fast-paced administrative and warehouse setting.


• Work is performed primarily at a desk using a computer and telephone, with occasional time spent in the warehouse area for inventory or order coordination.


• Regular interaction with team members, customers, and vendors is required both in-person and over the phone.


• Must be comfortable managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities throughout the day.
