The Fingerjointer feeder stacker adds value by grading and stacking quality Fingerjoint blanks
Duties And Responsibilities
- Learn both feeding and stacking to be able to rotate throughout the day
- Ability to contribute to the quality aspect of our product by learning grading requirements
- Sort, feed, and grade blocks at 100 lugs per minute
- Ability to work in a team setting
- Ability to pay close attention to detail
- Mandatory attendance to all assigned safety training and adherence to safety policies and procedures
- No prior experience
- Must have strong verbal communication skills
- Must work well with others in a close environment
- Ability to lift to 35lbs regularly throughout the day
- Regularly required to use hands to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms
- Regular bending, stooping, stretching, twisting, and turning
- Frequently required to stand (up to 10 hours) and walk
- Noise level is usually moderate
- Exposure to head and cold extremes at times
- Exposure to potentially hazardous production areas (heavy equipment traffic, slip/trip hazards, airborne dust/debris, etc)
