JOB OVERVIEW

Directly supervise and motivate Field Service Representatives (FSR) to provide top quality service for their stores by accomplishing the following tasks:

o

Working hands on with one FSR on one route per day.o

Schedule and conduct weekly conference calls to train, instruct, and direct field service representatives.

o

Schedule and conduct in-store training on safety and job performance for new hires and existing employees

•

Resolves all issues in the stores related to Woodgrain Distribution

•

Conducts continual FSR performance evaluations and is responsible for all disciplinary actions up to and including termination for FSRs.

•

Recruitment duties for your area including screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.

The Fun Stuff:

SHIFT WORK: Primarily M-F Days. Overtime is a requirement based on territory demands.

TRAVEL: This is a remote position with required travel to stores daily and some overnight travel time to cover outlying areas in the region. This isn’t a desk job!

A Bachelor’s degree or technical undergraduate degree required and/or two to four years of management or supervisory experience.
