Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research to verify property ownership and assess title history.
- Prepare and review title documents, such as tract searches and title commitments.
- Assist with maintaining online and physical title tract indices for recorded documents
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting clients throughout the title process.
- Utilize Geographic Information Systems (GIS) tools for mapping and analyzing property data.
- Maintain organized records of title transactions and documentation.
Experience and Qualifications
- Previous experience in title searching or the real estate industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with real estate law and legal terminology is highly desirable.
- Tendency to be detail-oriented
- Experience working in a law office or title company environment is a plus.
- Proficiency in using GIS software or similar tools for property analysis is advantageous.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
