What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Runner / Inspector – Property Management position at Woodfield Properties?
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented property runner/inspector to support a Property Management Company. This role is primarily focused on visiting properties, so having a reliable car is a must.
Responsibilities include property walkthroughs before and after guest stays, checking homes after guest departures and after cleaning, inspecting housekeeping quality to ensure homes are fully guest-ready, tracking supplies needed or left behind, and noticing any damages or changes. Attention to detail is very important, as you’ll be identifying anything that needs to be addressed.
The role also includes scheduling, basic communication with our team (primarily through emailed reports), and occasionally meeting clients at properties.
This position is flexible day-to-day, but the schedule is typically busy. Some light physical work is required, such as moving trash bins, handling boxes, and bringing supplies to and from properties.
Must be comfortable driving between multiple properties in the Sonoma/Napa County area, using a phone to take photos and send reports, and working independently while staying organized.
We’re looking for someone dependable, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks while staying on top of details.
