- Conduct thorough inspections of used vehicles to identify needed repairs and maintenance.
- Perform mechanical repairs, including but not limited to brakes, engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
- Complete cosmetic reconditioning, including detailing, paint touch-ups, and interior cleaning.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely vehicle preparation.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
- Adhere to all safety and quality standards.
- Other duties may be assigned according to skill level and certification.
- Automotive repair experience required.
- Dealership experience is a plus but not a must!
- A positive attitude and good work ethic.
- Must be versatile in skills and tasks performed.
- Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, A/C equipment, etc.
- Must be analytical with good problem-solving skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
- Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks and drug screening.
