To-Go Concierge

Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton is seeking a F&B To-Go Concierge. The F&B To-Go Concierge is responsible for processing the food and beverage orders for the To Go operation. They will ensure a positive first and last impression to Members/Guests by offering a prompt, professional and courteous phone greeting, attending to their needs and maintaining the overall quality according to the standards of Woodfield Country Club. Candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule including, weekends and holidays.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned:

• Answers the telephone in a courteous manner and takes food and beverage orders utilizing menu knowledge.
• Checks the specials for the day and their preparation methods (dressing, sauce, condiments and special substitutions).
• Aware of the flow of service throughout the kitchen environment and communicates with the cooks on the timing of the tickets.
• Professionally demonstrate knowledge of all personnel, facilities, events and services offered at the Club, and provide callers with address, directions, and other information as available.
• Demonstrate the ability to build relationships, recognize membership by name and retain member preferences.
• Answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of their calls, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department. Must have ability to multi-task.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times. Present an appropriate image for the Club and maintain a pleasant and courteous manner at all times, whether in person or on the telephone.
• Ensure that the To Go operations telephone voice greeting is appropriate for the current status at all times.
• Provide support to Concierge on occasion, while maintaining the primary responsibilities at the front desk.
• Always address a Member approaching the desk, preferably by their name, when and if possible.
• Immediately communicates any issues/feedback to the supervisor that impacts the member experience.
• Keep work area clean and presentable at all times.
• Performs opening and closing side work as assigned.
