What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restaurant Manager position at Woodfield Boca Raton?
Woodfield Boca Raton is adding to it's Food & Beverage management team. We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who will be responsible for exceeding all member and guest expectations. Our candidate will assure the highest standards of service are met including dining room appearance, hospitality of service staff, as well as the cleanliness of food and beverage facilities. and will provide supervision and training to staff. The manager will be responsible for the supervision and training of staff, developing and implementing programs to increase sales within the restaurants and will implement controls to ensure that budgeted food, labor, supplies and other cost goals are maintained.
Our ideal candidate must have 3-4 years of supervisory/management experience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant, within a country club or hotel, with strong customer service and organizational skills. Must have excellent communication and computer skills, knowledge of JONAS preferred. Candidate must have a flexible schedule, available to work 5-6 days per week, including afternoons, evenings, holidays and weekends.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years supervisory experience in a upscale restaurant, preferably within a luxury hotel or country club
- Flexible schedule
- Superior communication skills, written and verbal
- Hospitality degree/management degree or relevant experience
- JONAS knowledge, preferred
