Line Cook

Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton is seeking experienced Line Cooks and Prep Cooks for our state-of-the-art dining outlets. Must have at least 1-2 years of experience working in a high volume, quality kitchen preparing foods requiring short prep times. Must be a team player, self motivator, understand high volume, be flexible in work hours, have excellent organization skills and communication skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include The Following

• Performs all cooking functions to prepare daily menus.
• Butcher all meats and fish.
• Work omelet/carver station.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Formulate recipes for soups, sauces, and specials.
• Other duties may be assigned.
  
  

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a high volume quality kitchen
• Team player, self motivator
• Excellent communication and organization skills; full- and part-time opportunities available
