Responsibilities include maintaining turf of golf course as directed by supervisors along with various daily golf course maintenance tasks. - Safely operates equipment used for various course maintenance needs.
- Cleans machinery after each use.
- Inspects machinery/reports equipment problems to supervisor.
- Ensures that the equipment cooling system is working at all times; refills fuel and oil daily; cleans equipment daily, and reports equipment problems or failures to Equipment Manager immediately.
- Provides basic preventive maintenance on equipment as directed by the equipment manager or supervisor and returns equipment to the designated location at the maintenance facility.
- Performs other duties as directed by his/her supervisor.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills
- Must have valid and current Florida driver's license
- Must have experience with golf course maintenance equipment
