Bakery in Worcester, part of a growing COOP, is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Retail Associate. As a retail associate, you will play a crucial role in offering a pleasant and professional experience to each customer.
This position is temporary, start date beginning of August until mid to end of October
Hours : Thursday , Friday, Saturday and Sunday- hours varies between 6am to 2pm
The person we are looking for :
- Offers impeccable customer service with a smile
- Is able to multitask and stay cool under pressure
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of the stand
- Follows proper food handling and safety procedures
- Assists with any other duties as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in a bakery/ restaurant setting is preferred but not required
- Previous retail experience required
Skills:
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
