We're seeking a compassionate, organized, and clinically skilled Nurse to join our leadership team as a Charge Nurse.

Responsibilities
As Charge Nurse, you will:
- Support the Health Services Director with daily clinical operations
- Monitor resident health and well-being
- Administer medications and treatments
- Communicate with physicians, pharmacies, residents, and families
- Supervise and mentor Resident Assistants and nursing staff
- Assist with resident assessments and care planning
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and community policies
- Help foster a culture of kindness, respect, teamwork, and exceptional care
Qualifications
- Current Nursing license in New Hampshire
- Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Assisted living, long-term care, or geriatric nursing experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team
Schedule
- Full-Time or Part-Time
- 24–40 hours per week
- Every other weekend required
- Leadership role with meaningful resident interaction
