Medical Receptionist - Pediatrics

Woodcreek is seeking Medical Receptionists to provide outstanding quality care to our patients at our Puyallup area Clinics! 

We are hiring for the below shift schedule(s):

Hire #1: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 5pm - 9pm (12 hours/week at our Puyallup Sunrise Clinic)

Hire #2: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm (32 hours/week at our Puyallup Sunrise Clinic)

Starting/Hiring Range: $19.48 - $25.07 per hour; Pay Range: $19.48 - $30.66 per hour.

The Receptionist Role
The Medical Receptionist demonstrates the Woodcreek Provider Services mission statement and core values of integrity, respect, commitment, trust, and self-sacrifice in their everyday duties as a healthcare team member. The Medical Receptionist is the first contact for all who come to Woodcreek. The Medical Receptionist greets visitors, answers questions, schedules appointments, and checks patients in for their visit, following the protocols, policies, and procedures of Woodcreek Provider Services.
