Woodcraft Supply, LLC, a leading retail supplier of fine woodworking tools, supplies and classes, has an opening for an Accounts Payable Clerk based in Parkersburg, WV. The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for processing PO receipts, invoicing and other assigned AP related tasks. This role involves detailed accounts payable tasks within a highly routine and repetitive environment.
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Process receipts & invoices for payment of purchase orders.
- Communicate with vendors and other internal departments with clarity and respect.
- Balance limited amount of financial accounts during month end process.
- Assist with the month end process and month end entries as needed.
- Assist with larger accounting department projects as assigned.
Qualifications & Education Requirements:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year College or technical school.
- One to two years or related experience and/or training.
- Ability to handle complex problem solving.
- Must have excellent time management skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and other Office products.
