Woodcraft Millwork, a respected and expanding commercial millwork manufacturer, is seeking a Cabinet Vision Programmer to join our team in Canton, MA.
If you have 3 years of experience in architectural millwork and strong skills in AutoCAD and Cabinet Vision, this is an opportunity worth exploring.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Interpret architectural and shop drawings to ensure accurate production output
- Design and program cabinetry using Cabinet Vision and AutoCAD
- Generate CNC-ready programs, including material optimization (yielding) and cut lists
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure parts are accurately labeled, machined, and prepared for assembly
- Assist with CNC machine setup and operation as needed
- Perform grain matching and ensure high-quality visual standards
- Complete material takeoffs and support production planning
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural millwork or cabinetry programming
- Proficiency in Cabinet Vision and AutoCAD (required)
- Strong understanding of cabinet construction, millwork processes, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and specifications
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
