Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and shift execution
Support hiring, training, coaching, and development of team members
Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and service standards are consistently followed
Help manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
Lead shifts and act as Manager-on-Duty when assigned
Support execution of company initiatives and operational goals
Qualifications
