We are a new opening driven by simplicity, technique, and ingredient clarity. Our bar program is cocktail-forward and service-driven, designed to integrate seamlessly with the dining room and kitchen.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and care

Execute house cocktails and classic preparations according to established specifications

Participate in batching, pre-batching, and kegged cocktail systems as part of daily bar operations

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and mise en place at the bar before, during, and after service

Engage guests with warmth and professionalism while maintaining efficient service flow

Coordinate closely with servers and support staff to ensure timely and accurate beverage service

Manage bar prep, restocking, and inventory awareness

Uphold responsible alcohol service and all safety standards

Schedule

Five days per week, dinner service focused

Two consecutive days off per week

Two planned one-week closures annually: first week of January and first week of September
Qualifications

Previous bartending experience in a quality-driven or high-volume environment preferred

Strong understanding of classic cocktails, spirits, and service mechanics

Compensation
