QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in banquet operations, event logistics, or a related field.
- High School Diploma required; Hospitality Management or Business-related degree preferred.
- Experience managing inventory, linen ordering, and beverage requisitioning.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Familiarity with payroll and labor tracking software preferred.
- Knowledge of AV setup and room configurations preferred
