Qualifications / Licenses / Certifications
- Must be admitted to and enrolled in the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at Utah Valley University.
- Must remain in good academic standing throughout the appointment.
- Demonstrated academic competence and professional potential.
- Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while meeting established deadlines.
- Ability to work professionally and effectively with faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders.
- Previous experience in teaching assistance, tutoring, mentoring, research, leadership, consulting, marketing, project management, or professional support roles.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, Teams, Excel, presentation software, and learning management systems.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute to projects with minimal supervision.
- Interest in leadership, strategy, consulting, entrepreneurship, marketing, business development, operations, or higher education.
