Responsibilities
- Greet patients and families warmly, providing excellent customer service.
- Manage phone calls efficiently, demonstrating strong phone etiquette.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the clinic.
- Review and manage medical documentation and patient records accurately.
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures using electronic medical record systems.
- Communicate effectively with both English-speaking and bilingual patients to ensure understanding of services.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role within healthcare settings.
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish preferred) is required.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
- Familiarity with medical records management systems such as Meditech or Epic is a plus.
- Ability to handle documentation review with attention to detail.
