We are seeking a Call Center Floor Supervisor to lead and coach a team of appointment setters and ensure our sales calendar stays full. This position is essential to our success, bridging the gap between potential customers and our expert field sales consultants. You will be responsible for hands-on leadership, outbound dialing, and team training, all while helping us deliver an exceptional experience to every homeowner we speak with.

 

This is a leadership role for someone who is confident on the phone, motivated by targets, and experienced in building team performance. If that sounds like you, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confirm and book appointments with homeowners interested in remodeling projects such as kitchens, bathrooms, windows, and roofing

  • Provide hands-on coaching and ongoing training to a team of Call Center Representatives

  • Manage the appointment board and calendar, ensuring sales consultants are fully booked

  • Handle appointment reschedules and maintain open communication with customers

  • Make outbound calls to fill open appointment slots and support team efforts

  • Ensure accurate and timely recordkeeping in the CRM

  • Monitor and drive performance metrics, including daily, weekly, and monthly booking goals

  • Maintain a professional and customer-focused tone in all communications

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a call center is required

  • Experience with appointment setting, lead confirmation, or outbound sales is preferred

  • Previous leadership or training experience in a call center environment is a strong advantage

  • Ability to quickly build rapport with customers over the phone

  • Strong verbal communication and customer service skills

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Proven track record of achieving performance goals and quotas

  • Reliable work ethic and a drive to lead by example

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
