Assistant Sales Manager – Build, Lead, and Inspire a High-Performance Sales Team

What You’ll Do:
As our ASM, you’ll be the boots-on-the-ground leader, working closely with our Sales Reps both in the field and remotely. You'll be the go-to resource for training, strategy, and performance coaching—helping our sales team hit their goals and deliver a world-class customer experience.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Field Mentorship: Ride along with new and experienced sales reps at least 3 times per week (approximately 50% of your time) to observe, coach, and elevate their skills in real time.
- Remote Coaching: Lead weekly virtual sales meetings that motivate, align, and educate your team on key strategies for success.
- Performance Development: Provide in-home coaching, deliver actionable feedback, and create tailored improvement plans that drive results.
- Standards & Strategy: Ensure adherence to our proven WHS sales techniques while identifying new self-generation strategies to increase revenue.
- Team Training & Growth: Onboard and support new hires through both classroom and field training, setting the foundation for high performance.
- Leadership Collaboration: Partner with the General Sales Manager to run dynamic in-person sales meetings, bootcamps, and training initiatives.
- Build a high-performance culture by reinforcing strong habits, quickly correcting off-track behaviors, and celebrating success the moment it happens.
