We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Greeter to join our team. The Greeter will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience from the moment guests arrive. Greet guests as they enter the establishment with a warm and friendly demeanor - Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant - Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Requirements: Strong hospitality skills with a passion for customer service - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members - Ability to assist and help guests promptly and professionally - Knowledge of guest relations and providing a welcoming atmosphere - Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling guest inquiries efficiently - Previous experience in food service, hotel, or POS environment is a plus!
