Qualifications
- Competence in providing personal care assistance, mobility support, and daily living activities
- Experience in monitoring and documenting participants' health status
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with staff and participants
- Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for participants
- A current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting and moving participants as needed
