Responsibilities
- Assist customers with purchases and provide excellent customer service.
- Merchandise and restock shelves, ensuring displays are neat and appealing.
- Update pricing and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Scoop ice cream, prepare specialty floats, and craft delicious drinks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the ice cream fountain.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.
- Assist in the pharmacy area and pharmacy customer service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail, merchandising, and food service preferred.
- Pharmacy experience a bonus!
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Flexible schedule, including availability some weekends.
- Reliable transportation.
- Clean appearance and good hygiene.
- Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate critical thinking skills.
- Ability to maintain customer privacy and HIPAA requirements.
