What will you be doing at Woodard & Curran?
Our wastewater collection system operators participate in the operations and maintenance of our Wastewater Collection System and/or Wastewater Pumping Stations, which may include CCTV work, line repair and replacement, road flagging, and water disconnects. This individual may also operate water and/or wastewater treatment plant equipment in a support role. Performs skilled, journeyman-level work in monitoring, repairing and controlling the functioning of pump station and plant equipment and processes.
Normal work hours are 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday – Friday.
\n- High School diploma or equivalent.
- A valid Class A CDL is preferred.
- Experience operating heavy equipment is preferred.
- 1-3 years’ experience in the wastewater industry is preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- May require working an on-call schedule, irregular work schedule and overtime hours.
- Successful candidates will be required to complete a DOT background check, DOT pre-placement physical and DOT drug screen before employment.
