Security Clearance Requirements

Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee WOOD’s Security Program in compliance with DCSA and customer guidelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all security-related matters for assigned contracts.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and transmission of classified materials.
- Maintain personnel security clearances and coordinate with government security offices.
- Conduct security briefings, debriefings, and training for program staff.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and practices.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with security regulations and standards.
- Prepare and submit required security documentation and reports.
- Support audits, inspections, and investigations related to security.
- Advise senior leadership on security risks and mitigation strategies.
- Maintain records of security incidents and corrective actions.
- Ensure continuous improvement of the security program through regular assessments.
Required Education & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial security or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of DCSA regulations, NISPOM, and customer-specific security requirements.
- Experience managing security programs for government contracts.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in security management systems and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field preferred.
