What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Tech/Roustabout position at Wood?

Wood is currently looking for the right candidate to fill our Construction Tech position working on our Pronghorn Operating project, along the Powder River Basin area between Gillette, Wyoming and Buffalo, Wyoming. Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood is required.
- Safely operate a Backhoe and Skid Steer.
- Spot for operators and others as needed
- Perform basic maintenance on equipment and trailers
- Perform safety inspections and comply with company safety rule
- Perform other duties to be determined
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Must have general knowledge of equipment and trailers
- Must have a Class A CDL license or be able to obtain one within 6 months of employment
- Knowledge of poly pipe fusing is helpful but will train
- Ability to weld and run a cutting torch
- Ability to spot for operator using a shovel and probe
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background test.
