Substance Abuse Counselor - CSAC

We're looking for a Substance Abuse Counselor who is passionate about helping people grow through connection, education, and meaningful therapeutic experiences. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy facilitating engaging groups that inspire recovery, we'd love to meet you.

Schedule:

• Tuesday-Saturday
• 8:30am–5:00pm

What You'll Do:

• Facilitate daily group therapy, and educational and process groups.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
• Carry a small individual counseling caseload.
• Participate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Encourage client engagement while promoting a safe, supporting therapeutic environment.

What You'll Bring:

• Active CSAC in the state of Wisconsin (required).
• At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with substance use disorders.
• Valid WI Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screen.
• CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
