6:00am - 6:30pm | Rotating 3-Week Schedule | Every 3rd Weekend Required
At Wood Violet Recovery (WVR), our nurses play a vital role in helping individuals through detox, stabilization, and the early stages of recovery. As a member of our day shift team, you'll work alongside providers, therapists, case managers, and behavioral health staff in a collaborative environment where communication is open, leadership is accessible, and every team member is valued.

Schedule
- 6:00am-6:30pm
- Rotating 3-week schedule
- Every third weekend required
- Full-time schedule averaging 36 hours per week
Compensation (Based on Licensure & Experience)
We believe in transparent, fair compensation based on licensure level and clinical experience:
- LPN: $31 - $35/hour
- RN: $41 - $45/hour
- $5,000 retention bonus (paid at 90 days and 6 months)

What You’ll Do
- Complete nursing intake assessments and support detox treatment plans
- Monitor client health status through regular nurse visits
- Administer medications and document accurately
- Process labs and communicate results to providers and the care team
- Respond to medical concerns with clinical judgment and compassion
- Support clients through detox and stabilization protocols
- Coordinate hospital transfers and nurse-to-nurse communication
- Collaborate closely with RNs, LPNs, providers, and clinical staff
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and regulatory documentation standards
- Track and manage medical supplies
What You’ll Bring
