What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Wood & Sons Lawn and Landscape?
We’re searching for a skilled landscaper to add to our growing team. In this role, it will be your job to assist us in the maintenance of our clients’ outdoor spaces. You will support the needs of both residential and commercial clients. We will train the right person. pay based on experience!
As a crew member, you should be capable of using a wide variety of tools and techniques to accomplish your tasks. Some of your responsibilities will include, removing weeds and yard waste, and planting new bushes, flowers, and trees, running mower, blowers, stick egders,
You should also be capable of working on landscaping structures. For example, you might be tasked with building patios, creating walkways, or repairing other structures that our clients have in their outdoor spaces.
Winter snow plowing and sanding is also involved.

Landscaper Requirements:
Valid and clean license and Reliable transportation
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a similar role
Physical stamina and the ability to remain standing for most of the day
Knowledge of common landscaping tools and techniques
Excellent customer service skills

Pay: $18.00 - $32.00 per hour
